These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Lamsa Web and the customer, and are intended to clarify the rights and responsibilities of each party.

At Lamsa Web, we specialize in providing ready-made websites, digital templates, and e-commerce solutions on platforms such as WordPress, Salla, and Shopify. We are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and services that meet our clients' needs, while ensuring a secure and reliable user experience.
2. Products & Services
Our services include the sale of ready-made websites, templates, technical consultations, and related services such as setup and technical support. All products are digital and delivered electronically, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Some offers may include additional customization, development, or technical support as described in the product details. We reserve the right to modify or update the details of our products and services at any time as required by business needs, without prior notice.
3. Payment
Once payment is completed, the agreement becomes binding, and Lamsa Web is entitled to begin delivery procedures. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that accurate and valid payment details are provided at the time of purchase.
4. Delivery & Hosting
Digital products are generally delivered via download link or email within a timeframe agreed upon in the offer. For services such as customization or installation, a clear timeline will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer before work begins. When purchasing a self-hosted service, hosting account credentials are delivered directly to the customer, granting them full control. For websites provided under a shared hosting plan, the hosting service remains under the management of Lamsa Web, while the customer retains the full right to migrate the hosting to their own account. If the customer decides to transfer the hosting within less than one (1) month from the delivery date, Lamsa Web is released from any obligation to provide technical support as initially agreed upon after delivery.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once delivery has been completed, except where required by law. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases: A technical error resulting in duplicate payment; A technical issue that prevents delivery of the product or service and cannot be resolved by us. Design or customization services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase. Customers may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of products provided by Lamsa Web without prior written consent. Customers are responsible for securing any additional supporting services such as hosting, domains, or third-party accounts (e.g., Shopify, Salla, or WordPress hosting).
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and products provided by Lamsa Web are protected by intellectual property laws. Customers are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for their intended purpose. Purchase does not imply transfer of ownership.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lamsa Web shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that may result from the use of our products or services. We are not responsible for failures or issues caused by third-party services or providers such as hosting companies or e-commerce platforms.
9. Amendments to Terms
Lamsa Web reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time as necessary. Updates will be published on this page with the date of the last revision. Continued use of our products or services constitutes implied acceptance of the updated terms.
